This year's competition has been our biggest EVER, with 250 applicants across the UK, Slovakia, Austria, Czechia, Poland, Austria, Germany, Finland and Ireland.

Next stage for those contestants whose cocktail impressed us the most are the local heats, before the chosen few make it to November's grand final in London.
